Transfer Documentation
Before your move to SES, please make sure you have all the required transfer documents and attestations required to register your child with the Sharjah Private Education Authority after joining. To ensure you have everything you need for a smooth start at SES, please follow the document checklist below.
Note: Certain documents must be officially certified in your child’s current country of residence before your arrival in the UAE. To help you navigate this process please review the following checklist carefully to ensure you have all the necessary paperwork ready for submission.
Document Checklist
The following documents must be submitted within one week of joining SES.
Transferring from Abroad:
| FS1, FS2 and Year 1 |
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (student)
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (sponsor/parent)
- Scanned photocopy of student vaccination records
- Download the UAE Pass mobile application

| Year 2 to Year 9 |
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (student)
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (sponsor/parent)
- Scanned photocopy of student vaccination records
- Download the UAE Pass mobile application
- Final School Report
- Transfer Certificate from your previous school attested by all of the following:
- The Ministry of Education or Education Office or Solicitor from the country of issue
- The UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country of issue
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE

| Year 10 |
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (student)
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (sponsor/parent)
- Scanned photocopy of student vaccination records
- Download the UAE Pass mobile application
- Final School Report from your previous school attested by all of the following:
- The Ministry of Education or Education Office or Solicitor from the country of issue
- The UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country of issue
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE
- Transfer Certificate from your previous school attested by all of the following:
- The Ministry of Education or Education Office or Solicitor from the country of issue
- The UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country of issue
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE

| Year 12 |
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (student)
- Scanned photocopy of valid Emirates ID (sponsor/parent)
- Scanned photocopy of student vaccination records
- Download the UAE Pass mobile application
- Final School Report for Year 11 (GCSE/IGCSE) from your previous school attested by all of the following:
- The Ministry of Education or Education Office or Solicitor from the country of issue
- The UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country of issue
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE
- Transfer Certificate from your previous school attested by all of the following:
- The Ministry of Education or Education Office or Solicitor from the country of issue
- The UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country of issue
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE
As per SPEA requirement Equivalency Certificate is a must to have for all new students applying for Year 12 coming from outside the UAE. Please follow the steps and apply through the Ministry of Education website with the link given below:

Transferring from another Emirate in the UAE:

- Transfer Certificate attested by the Educational Authority of the Emirate of your previous school (KHDA, ADEK, etc)
